Telkom is a de*****er!!!

I don’t have a Telkom account but Telkom credits and immediately debits my account as & when they please… This month the debit happened before the credit, the debit bounced, my bank charged me R147 for that… Ive called and visited Telkom with no success.

Their call centre agents are useless(x3 times hung up on me🤷🏽♀️ after/while reading my case, without even conversating with me) rude and 1 proved to be a **** (gave a non existent ref#)

Please refund my R147.00 and REMOVE my details from ur records!!!!!!! 😡
