Telkom is a ****!!!!

Honestly if there was a way to rate you Zero i would. Telkom debited the installment for a cellphone contract on the 25th already. To date my wifi is blocked and i cant use my services. When you call the call centre, you speak to their rude and arrogant consultants who i dont think Telkom even trains them to speak to clients. They will tell you it has been escalated and nothing happens. Then they have the nerve to send you letter of demands when i dont even owe them anything and to date nothing has been rectified. Secondly they are debiting me for a cell phone insurance which i never even consented to and the consultant arrogantly told me they will not refund me🤬🤬🤬🤬. Vodacom at this point is a much better option, Telkom does not even have the greatest network. You will have poor connection for days and they will not take accountability. Dont waste your time taking any Telkom product, you will find no joy at all!!!! Sies!! All they wanna do is debit, its even a hassle to cancel a contract with them. And if you want to speak to a supervisor, they are always in a meeting, i dont know what circus you are running there but i want my account unsuspended and i will pay off anything i have with them and move to vodacom instead, where i know i will be valued. Nx!!!!
