Telkom is a CURSE!!

You are blessed if you have never had to deal with Telkom.

What a curse and I wonder if you enjoy agonizing people the way you do. It's sickening and disgusting. Calling for 48 minutes and more each day to follow up and only to speak to rude call centre agents.

I have been debited by Telkom on the wrong debit date and must now settle rejection fees that were caused by an agent that cannot listen.

Waiting for the negotiated amount I need to pay now ...God knows I will get it next month only for them to make me pay for another month of WiFi I don't have.
