Telkom is a ***** company

I bought a router from Telkom mobile on contract last year November. It wouldn't work, so i called them to get help. After a few fruitless calls, they told me that they will send their I.T specialist to come and check it. I've been waiting for them since last. The router still doesn't work and i don't know what to do anymore. Every time i call them they give me different excuses. They said i won't get help from their stores because the contract was done telephonically. Plz help. I can't keep paying for something that I'm not using. Please i am desperate..
