Telkom is a ******* company that robs innocent citizens

My telkom contract debit order is set for the last day of the month, in February my account was debited on the 27th which was not the last day. Funds where available on the 28th of which no debit order went off. A few days later my signal was suspended... We are now in April and i received a bill of R799 due by the 30 of April.... Firstly my monthly installment is R200 p.M of which i have always paid religiously and they failed to debit on the agreed date, secondly on the 30 of March was supposed to be my last installment which means a total of R400.thirdly telkom suspended my line since march., my contract came with data and minutes which i could not use in march or now in April so basically i must pay for services that i have not received as well as penalties that are not due to my error. I will not pay and i will be taking this to the national consumers commission as i have bank statements to prove this and this has also affected my credit score...
