Telkom is a complete disappointment

Our wifi through Telkom has been down for a month now , I am studying and my brother is in matric .... theres no wifi! Telkom is not helping and always has an excuse . Totally not worth it, I am switching to another provider. Please dont waste your time or money, they are completely ***********
