Telkom is a complete disappointment

I've been using Telkom for years, but this is a complete disappointment. I did an application online for a p40 lite. A sales agent calls me few days after did the application again and told me I was approved. I didn't receive any confirmation after that call. I then receive a sms a day after yo say my order it's on the way. I then had my parcel sent to the wrong delivery address and when I finally received it. It was a SIM card only deal. I'm a so ****ed off. This is a complete mislead. I called and then a Indian lady gives me here attitude because she's working from home. ***!!!! I'm a customer!! Finally a sweet person helps me cancel the order... until now no one has called to me to cancel my order. I will not be debited off my account! If I do the consultant that mislead me will need to pay for this. I want my p40 lite. Telkom needs to sort this mess out. I can't even get through the call centre, I wait for over 30 minutes and no one assists me!
