Telkom is a company of *****ed that ***** our money even when contracts have been terminated ND have emails to prove it. I want my money back

Do not take contract with telkom network.. I had two contracts with telkom, their 2 year terms ended and they kept on asking me to upgrade which I did not. 26 feb 2023 I emailed canceling one. Stil' April 2023 it was deducting my account.. Which was *****ing as the notice according to the contract is 30 days.. I called them 26 April 2023..their excuse was they don't cancel by phone. I told them I emailed you didn't cancel and *****ing my money. They searched for the email using my email address canceled by never returned my money. October 13 2023 I emailed canceling the second one, months later it was still deducting, I was buzy to go to call centre so beginning 2024 I reversed the money deducted and re emailed them that I have canceled. The sim stopped working I thought issue was sorted.. Only months later I notice a huge deduction on the 25th from telkom. Emailed quiiry this and they telling me it's for 1G data they been putting on the number. I told them I have cncelled previous year plus that sim has not worked in months. Can't they find that in their system.. Only for the ldy online to tell me they only blocked it 20 Sept 2023 for non payment.. A lie cause the sin hs not worked since beginning of this year. I have emailed repeatedly for their support system to cancelations department but still to this date they decided to deduct over R1700 into my account.. Same date they seem to be using which is not the date I give for accounts to deduct. I want my money back and they ruining my credit profile with this
