Bad experience cancelling a contract. I was charged a late fee after thinking my contract was already cancelled and the consultant had the audacity to tell me that " I should double check the invoice and the responsibility of the error lies with me if I do not point out their mistake early enough".

If nobody does business with them and they shut down the world would truly be a better place. No single company has ever, ever, ever given me worse service than this. They fail to explain their contract cancellation process properly and I honestly believe that this is just short of being a massive ****.
