Telkom is a **** company.

Useless bunch of idiots. I placed a order for a new contract on the 13th of March (Friday) for Huawei Y7 + Yoco device, the money was debited from my account on the 16th of March (Monday) and then i received a call from Telkom on the 23rd of March (Monday) to inform me that they received my order and unfortunately they dont have stock of the device. Then i was told that i need to wait at least 24 hours because someone is going to call me and let me know when the delivery date will be. I received a call on the 25th of March and i was informed my order has been cancelled because they dont have stock of both device. Why would you advertise a device you dont have stock for? Im not willing to change my order, i want both devices cause i have already paid for it.
