Telkom is a comedy show!

Pathetic! I have had no ADSL for what a month? And I've been paying my ADSL +-R900 as well as my Netflix and i can't even use it. Sent a query through and they came back telling me that due to high theft we will not be replacing the cables visit your nearest branch for a alternative solution. How on earth do you just send an SMS informing your more than 20 year old client that sorry we wont be replacing just so by the way i would like a refund on my ADSL for the days it was off.

Common courtesy would be a phone call offering some other product and THEN advising to please go to the branch oh but wait Telkom is useless anyways so why even try.

I will be taking my business elsewhere.
