<p>Telkom is a HUGE CIRCUS , ALL the staff , weather it is at any store , at the call centre ( THE MOST USELESS CALL CENTRE IN THE WORLD ) , or the people responding to these posts , they are all the clowns an we as customers are the FOOLS !!!!!!!!!!! Well that is how telkom loves to treat their customers. i am tierd of fighting and screaming , i have made an appointment with my lawyer tommorow so that he can do all my fighting for me.</p> <p>The bigest problem is that no one at telkom , it does not matter in or at witch department , can give me an answer on the status of my ADSL line installation. yesterday i went into a store to get a update and to my surprize i was told that on the system it shows that they have made an appointment for the line installation at my flat for today (17/05/2016) , can any one guess what happend TODAY. wel i went into a store again to make sure that is still on for today , surprize surprize , it is back at cabling department !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>and no one can tel me anything or give me any information on why where what and how long !!!!!!!!!!!!!! if i get told one more time that they are escalating it to the right departments managers then i will have a F*CKING hart attack !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to date from the 25/04/2016 i have 19 reference numbers that dont work JACK SH*T , i have used R700.00 to call the F*CKING CALL CENTRE TO JUST BE PUT ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND HOURS , i go into a telkom store DAILY for an update since then and still no one like in no one can give me any information !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Telkom is very fast to call or to tell you nothing WILL be done untill you pay but as soon as it is something that they need to do , after you paid there is no urgency of any sort what so ever from their side , why would they care about us (the customer) we are anyway their FOOLS IN THEIR CIRCUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>my number is *** , my name is FJ Enslin , id number is *** , and if you , YES YOU THAT WANTS TO REPLY TO THIS REVIEW , even think of sending me a reply that you are sorry for any inconviniance i will find you and kick my foot up your ASS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you take my details and you F*CKING fone me with information about all my questions !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
