Telkom is a cheat of a business con artist

I logged and issue regarding LTE network on the 14th Oct 18 and now its 10 Dec 18. The ****ty Telkom staff have not bothered to even come to my house as they indicated to see why there is a network issue, every time I call am taken to pillar to post. I requested to speak to CMR director and they flatly refuse to give me the number. I am ****ing ****ed off again they refuse for me to cancel my contracts with them saying I will be subjected to penalties ***...? you do not provide a service yet you keep taking my money and I cannot cancel...
