I thought people are being dramatic but I just hate this Telkom thing, I don't know whether the aim is to frustrate customers or what, what is the use of the Telkom online paying app if it will not reflect on your side but money went out from my account, this is not acceptable, how can you punish me for your wrong, you created an unrealible app and now I must pay for your mistake, to top it up no one is assisting me from the 29/10/2023 I am sending pop daily with no help, just tell me how to cancel your contract I deserved better Maan nxa😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡again I will take it further should you decide to do nonsense with my credit profile while your client is wrong not me.
