Telkom is a bunch of *******

Telkom and its staff are deceiptful and *********. I currently have 3 contracts with Telkom, a data sim, a laptop and a cellphone contract, each of my installments are to be debited from 3 separate accounts.

After being debited for my contracts for 8 months installments in advance for my laptop deal I reached out to the call centre which is a very frustrating process. After many hours i finally got through to a work from home agent who is unable to assist and informed me that my query will be escalated and I should expect a call back.

This went on for 3 months and no feedback, what makes me really frustrated is after debiting me for so many months installments in advance my services were disconnected and I cannot get any assistance from the store as they dont deal with queries and the call centre have agents that have no idea what they are doing.

Pathetic service.
