Telkom is a bunch of *******!!!!

Telkom is honestly the worse ISP and mobile network provider. Your customer service is putrid! Now more than ever I really depended on a good service as I am meant to work from home during this lock down period but I’ve had constant drop outs for the past week, Internet is extremely slow, or it just disconnects. My mobile is not working either, calls go immediately to voicemail even though my phone is on. I need to constantly call people back. I’m not able to use my data which I pay R600 a month for on my phone. This is *******. I’m paying a monthly fee for a service I’m not able to utilize!! I want my money back and I am changing ISPs as soon as this lock down is over. Cancel my service!!!!!
