Telkom is a bunch of idiots

Telkom are a bunch of bullies!! First you force pensioners to migrate their line, when the neighborhood is still using the old line. After complaining that my parents had no service for a month of constant calling you decide to force them to migrate stating that it is due to theft!! What a load of bull! Now I have been asking for a refund on the line for the month of April when there was no service and the the fact that there was a reconnection fee app****. How shocking, the agents shouting me on the line!! Even on Twitter telling me off about how the account is in arrears. Yes it is in arrears because we want the reconnection fee and the one month subscription (when there was no service) to be deducted in order for us to make the payment on the account.

But we’ll, seems this provider could care less. I requested a manager to contact me I order to have this resolved? And to date… no one has contacted me. So being bullies is how you run your business!!! Pathetic
