Telkom is a bunch of c....ts

I had a complaint with ICAASA because Telkom did not deliver the service I ordered. After ICAASA resolved the matter, Telkom waived the R320 penalty because I cancelled a contract. Now they sent debt collectors after me for the waived fee. What a bunch of c...ts. unbelievable
