Telkom is a bunch of ******

i would like to warn people to stay away from telkom. my wife is 79 years old and for the last 2 months they have locked her sim card so she cant phone. now she has to go to a telkom outlet and explain just to hear them saying they detected weird activity from that number? What do they classify as weird. She phones the kids, her sister in the UK of which her husband has been diagnosed with cancer, her friend and myself. Now the best part is you dont get your money back and they expect an old woman thats cripple to go and stand and wait for hours to get a new sim. This is a **** because later you get a call on the new number and you are being asked all personal questions. The last time we were there the whole shop was full of people with the same problem. Sounds like a inside Telkom syndicate robbing people of their airtime. Nothing of theirs is working properly client leave Telkom, they are nothhing but a bunch of ******. finish with Telkom forever.
