Telkom is a bunch of ******

I opened an account with Telkom which we agreed i will pay R99 a month, it happened after another month they deducted R300 from my account i reversed the amount because it was not what we agreed on, the following month they deducted R600 i reversed it and this was happening every month and the money keeps increasing. January 2019 on the 25th they debited R1000 and i allowed the debit order to go through ,after 5 days R350 was again deducted from my account. why do you keep debiting my account. i received a statement that February R1500 will again be debited from my account. Telkom is ***** and even when i went to my bank they told me that telkom are ****** everyone is crying because of Telkom for debiting wrong amounts. please cancel this or i will take this further. i have several occasions been stopping this but you keep debiting my account. PLEASE STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT YOU ******
