Telkom is a bully that holds people hostage

I had a ********** upgrade worth R10 000 on my Telkom router and that R10 000 worth of data was used and finished within 24 hours, I opened a ***** case with Telkom and police. Telkom has since been taking me from pillar to post and later on claimed that I reported the case after 14 days, which is a blatant lie. After I contacted Legal wise and we provided Telkom with the original affidavit and the ***** case number Telkom decided to start ignoring my lawyer's emails and list me on Credit berau which I contacted and was removed. After that Telkom handed me over to a debt collector and my lawyer sent that debt collector an email then Telkom handed me over to another debt collector then I sent an email to that debt collector then again they sent me to another one. Now Telkom is affecting my credit score as that account is picked up as an account with default payments and careers of R11 000. Telkom is basically tarnishing my name for something I didn't do, how can an individual be allocated R10 000 worth of data on credit? And how was the upgrade made without my identity document and content? The upgrade it self is questionable and I suspect this to be an inside job and Telkom doesn't care about it's customers, they just hold us hostage.
