Telkom is a bully, greedy and unprofessional

I'm paying R249 per moth for LTE wifi that is supposed to be 10 gig. Almost every month my dats is gone around the 20th how is this possible when Im the only one using it and only ln Facebook and whatsapp? The same thing happened this month and to add salt to the wound I wake up to a deduction of R749 tripple my normal amount amount. This is the second time this is happening when I called the first time they told me I had used out of bundle rates which is a lie as I still had no data. The agent I spoke to then told me that maybe I clicked that in error and she could change my settings to ensure this did not happen again. Ive been buying mobile data from the 20th because I don't have data in my wifi but noe I have been billed R749 for what exactly telkom. I'm going to reverse that debit order and I need an explanation and I will cancel this bogus contractsl. Telkom fix this nonsense
