Telkom is a bully!!!

Telkom is withholding funds they *******ly deducted from my bank account. They sent me an email on 18 October with the message:

"Please note that the case mentioned in my last mail to you has been closed with the following notes:

Closed By: moneneml Summary: termination fees 5,100.00 reversed

Thank you for your patience with us while we worked on resolving the case for you. I hope that you have a truly blessed day."

This money has not been paid, no one is telling me when it will be paid. I have pursuing this case from April. In the mean time I have bills to pay. They are doing this without any sense of repercussion, this is nothing but bullying!!!!!!

I am losing my mind, I have never seen such incompetence!! Instead of refunding me for a contract that Telkom acknowledged was opened **********ly, they have credited me for another contract that ends within six months. I am now paying double, as my bank account was debited as well. I wish I could tell my creditors that they must wait till Telkom has paid me back what they shouldn't taken from my bank account in the first place.

My battles with Telkom are never ending, this has been more than a nightmare made in hell. I have once again received an email communication from Telkom to inform me: "Dear Valued Customer, Your case no ********** 2 is resolved. Please call 081180 for Telkom Mobile related queries and 10210 for Telkom Services and Products related queries. Regards, Telkom | Business Connexion" I have again phoned their Call Centre and again they cannot tell me when the money will be deposited into my account. In the meantime I have asked for a quotation to terminate the last contract I have with Telkom. Telkom informs me that they must send me early termination forms to fill first and (wait for this) wait another 21 days to get a quotation and only then can I terminate. I suspect that I may have to serve a month notice. This sounds like tactic to unduly discourage early terminations. I am not even counting deliberate dropping of ***** on their part. Surely, this process is unreasonable if not *******? Regards
