TELKOM IS A BIG ****!!

I am so disgusted with this network provider

About a half an ago i purchased R500 airtime in order for me to TOP UP my data plan

The money was deducted from my account and there is nothing reflecting on my balance. I keep checking and yet nothing is reflecting apart from my money thats been deducted from my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Given the fact that i am working remotely and in desperate need of data i think its pathetic that I still have to deal with this ****!!

What makes it worse is that I am not the only person that it happened to. One of my colleagues just experienced the same thing!

If TELKOM does not sort this out i will make sure I take legal action!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
