Telkom is a big big ****mer!!!!

I called Telkom to cancel my contract since I was unemployed and would not be in a position to make month to month payments anymore, they gave me an amount including penalties, that I paid and I sent them the proof of payment, they never cancelled my contract and instead they told me I paid upfront it’s a hassle to cancel my contract they are debiting me even now !!!
