My bag always ****** in May, I reported the device and sim card ****** I was told it was blocked. I then sim swapped the sim and used a device. However since that incident monthly my invoice constantly adds a subscription which I never subscribed to. Since June I am calling for the lm to close the contract and not subscribe me but constantly I am promised I have been unsubscribed but continually there are charges I’m getting ****ed off with this now as there are false promises and charges and it costs me monthly to have to contact them over the same thing consistently every month I am officially getting to a point of looking for a new service provider.
