telkom is a bad service providee

I have never been so dissapointed by a service provider. in June we tried to activate showmax,but telkom never send us a voucher code, so we could not use it. at the end of june we got a bill with 6 showmax subscriptions which we did not pay, for did not receibe any codes and we do not even need 6 subscriptions, so we only paid our adsl and landline bill and everytime we tried to cancel the subscriptions telkom did not do it so end of september they suspended our service, we paid the amount they wanted in order for our service to ne reconected and we cancelled the subscriptions yet again, our service has been suspended again, the subscriptions are stil on our account and we have been billed a reconection fee. I feel telkom is a bad service provider and I wont refer anyone to them
