Telkom is a bad ISP

I reapp**** with Telkom after being handed to the lawyers for their poor coverage Internet service. I paid them their money back but still my line after reapplying is not done administrative wise was it happy with the service and now technical wise I have to wait because my area has a cable or coverage problem how do they approve my contract if that's the case I need my money back R700 I paid and cancel go to other ISP that are not linked to Telkom. Their song is always cable theft that gives us users or subscribes stress. I am trying to run a business open launch my Internet cafe but I don't get pride and joy via Telkom they are no given what they promise to us honestly citizens and your entrepreneurs but when it comes to money they act fast or hand you to lawyers I have reference numbers from the previous account but I had to balance them on a service I never got
