TELKOM IS A ****& BAD CUSTOMER CARE

Telkom is a ****. They suspended my account,even though I made an EFT payment on the 25th of October. When I call the agents, I am told to wait 24hrs for the payments to reflect. It is now the 8th of October and they still not doing anything.It is absolutely disgusting that they don’t have good customer care. I am working from home and I am forced to buy data eveythday,even though I pay TELKOM for my internet.
