Telkom is a *****

I canceled my contract 2 May 2025, now as I have been calling telkom for the past 3days no assistance on my paid up letter yesterday I spoke to Zandile who told me only my mobile contract was canceled not my data package but I requested everything to be closed since I do not want anything to do with telkom anymore I just want my paid up letter I was given two ref # as proof that I closed my account *** and ***, now apparently my account is not closed and they want me to make payment for the month of June. I went to capitec bank to cancel the debit order but they still wanted to debit my account without my permission this is *****. Telkom I want my settlement letter I was clear that I want everything of mine closed.
