Telkom is a ****

Telkom is a ****. I took a contract with them last year and I didn’t encountered any issues until this year when I took another one. They decided to change my debit date and charge me. I have been having back and forth with them and even today I am still dealing with this issue. Today I went to the store hoping they will assist and the consultant couldn’t assist and I had to make a call and the agent was so super rude. I asked them why are they debiting my account on the 15and the 25th knowing very well that the debit order we agreed on is the last day of the month. The nerve of that girl she said to me “ collection debit whenever they feel like debiting and there’s nothing I can do about that” now I am owing the R1440 I don’t even know where is it coming from and they debited the R690 and I even received the message now they can’t even see because the system is down I should call later. I am beyond annoyed with the service Telkom is giving us.
