Telkom is a (*&!@#

So Telkom proved me right again that they are a *&^!@#$ kind of company and treat their customers like ****... So not long ago i asked about fair business practice when i was billed R202 for an unpaid d/o and that happened twice so it equaled to R405,38 lo and behold they took their money but yesterday i couldn't do a sim swap because according to their system i still owe Telkom, the consultant at the store said i should call the belling department after showing him the notification sms of the paid amount of R405,38 and i would have to make a trip back to the store ''if it's sorted''... I pray this company will burn to the ground
