Telkom is a **** and useless service provider

Telkom is the worst service provider ever. The consultant calls and informed me that I was due for upgrade on my initial 40gb day and night and promised that on the upgrade it will be 80gb to 80gb and the old sim card will be automatically cancelled of which I agreed. To my surprise from January to date I have been debited twice for both old and new sim card. When I called raised the concerns with telephone I was asked to go to police station and write affidavit and send to Telkom for my issue to be resolved and ultimately get refund of which I comp****. To my surprise the new sim of 80gb is no longer working and on the system I am told that the 40gb which was supposed to be cancelled in January 2024 and of which I have broke and through away is still active on my profile and the case has been closed without my issue be resolved or no communication received from Telkom regarding my case. Whenever I call Telkom I get made to hold for hours without being assisted. Telkom is a nightmare and **** of a service provider.
