Telkom is a **** and I will never recommend them to anyone

I signed up for the unlimited data for R299 and they told me that for the first month the will deduct R400 because of the R99 fee that they normally charge on the first month, I was OK with that.. I got the message that I have minutes and I used them only for find out that they charge for them, on my account I made sure that I had R400 as per the agreement and then I noticed Debit did not go through due to insufficient funds, when I asked for statement I get that they were charging me for calls, why I wasn't told or given full details on how it works? OK I made peace with that I paid R553. Now I'm being told that they will charge me R202 for the DO that did not go through, who's fault is that? Was there a need for them to send me a message regarding minutes if I wasn't supposed to use them? I am not gonna pay and I want them to terminate my contract with an immediate effect I don't wake up every day for them.
