TELKOM IS A AFTER SALES MESS

I tired of spending hours on the phone after there mistakes and my account being suspended. I doubt I'll need to explain even more. I have been repeating this this same for weeks and phone calls being dropped numerous of times while doing it over and over and over and over, with thinking you have solved the problems and just gets you frustrated after you being told we suspending your account but still charging you. PLEASE SOMEONE TAKE OVER TELKOM AND MANAGE IT
