Telkom is a ****

I have lodged a complain regarding my Telkom Sim card contract, on 03rd of December 2024. I went to Midrand Telkom branch to cancel my contract than I was given an outstanding amount to pay at Pick n Pay and I was told to bring POP after payment so they can close my contract.

Apparently they didn't close it and now to my surprise I'm in arrears. I called Telkom more than 5 times they telling me that I'm at fault for the store not deactivate the account and now it's s affecting my credit score.
