Telkom is a ****

I write this in disbelief my phone is locked and when I call them the automated system says I owe telkom over R2000 which is confusing. How do I owe R2000 whereas they have my details and I have never missed a month. This will damage my credit score.

This other time I went and requested for an eSim and the lady said they can not assist me because I owe Telkom. She then logged a case with billing of which till this day I haven’t received. I have no email communicating this debt but I received an email stating that the case has been closed. Please assist my is my phone locked. I am missing out on important phone calls.
