Telkom is a ****

Telkom is a ****. My mom had a 24 months contract with them then stopped after it has expired. Two/ three months later she decided to back to Telkom this time for unlimited Wi-Fi contract. She went to the store, she was told that she owes NIL but when printing the documents suddenly she owes R314,73. She asked what is that for ? Consultant in Mahikeng told her to call the call centre because she has no idea what she is charged for. Worse part she is a pensioner instead of helping her my mom must do it. We went and pay R314, 73 without any augmented expecting a call from Telkom for SIM card collection as we were told once paid they will call us. As days goes on and no phone call, my mom went to the crossing mall in Mahikeng for an update.. she was told again she owes R112,03 on top of R314,73 paid. Nobody could explain gore Ke for eng .. Telkom consultants are useless and Telkom as it is Ke ****… am angry for chelte e tlhagang from no where without any explanation Ke for eng. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use Telkom .
