Telkom made a *****ulent upgrade under my name of which that was done by one of their employee and then I reported mind you this was done in August 2022 they asked me to report the case submit the supporting documents I did all that but until today my issue hasn’t been resolved it’s been over a year I am paying for something I don’t have nor even know about.
