Telkom is a ****!

I have never dealt with a company that ****s people live.

took out a contract over the phone for wifi. in May phoned the company that i took it out with but phone just kept on ringing. i reversed the debit order to get their attention. they phoned me in June and told them i want to cancel. they said i owe R1198 and i said will pay they must send me a statement. 25 June they sent an sms with the details for me to pay and i phoned them and said i want an official statement.

they handed me over, but they are still continuing billing me now my account is sitting on R3k saying they will continue billing as i cannot cancel while in arrears. but funny enough on the 1st October after adding another invoice for October they are now saying i am able to cancel.

how do you hand over someone and still continue billing them and giving me reasons that you will continue billing them.

i am sooo angry and try all means to have this resolved
