TELKOM IS A ****

On 3 November I made an online application which I realized I wouldn't afford and called the customer care center requesting a cancelation. I was assured that it was cancelled. I then called again on the 6th to ensure that indeed it was cancelled and again the operator confirmed that there were no orders to my name. Surprisingly I woke up to a new debit check on the 8th of November from Telkom. I explicitly told them that I do not wish to proceed and they went ahead and made a debit check. I do not have the goods and will not be receiving goods from them and I would like to advise everyone to stay away from these ******!!!
