Took a cellphone for 24Months and was paying very well, half way through the contract they just terminate my contract, I went to the store they told me I called in to cancel my contract, never have o called them. Further more, they activated the account and told me I’ll continue with the contract. Early this year January was my 24th month of paying and being a loyal customer I went to the store to cancel the contract before I’m done paying my 2years. They tell me I must pay 9K because “I” started the contract from scratch. They took 5K from my account after I’ve paid them their monthly contract for 2years. I’ve been going to the store and calling their call centres several times but there’s no assistance at all. Telkom is a nightmare and has got bad service AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!
