You do NOT deserve the one star! They are a bunch of ****mers. they don't deduct their monthly installments as agreed upon and charge you penalty fees to get the wifi on again, every second month when this happens I am promised a manager will contact me to correct it and it NEVER happens. I was ensured that this month I would be debited on the 25th it did not happen and I see not that a penalty of R402 has already been added last month I had to pay R600 to get the wifi on (I am forced to do this because I work from home and need the wifi) THE FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE WHY ITS NOT DEBITED I DO NOT KNOW.

I want a manager to call me and fix this damn mess. OR cancel without the cancelation penalty fee because I have absolutely NO JOY!
