Telkom is a ****

It's been weeks without network in my area and sorounding areas, and there is no signal for both people who are on prepaid and contract, and Telkom doesn't update us on what is going on, and i would like to terminate their contract with immediate effect, because we are not getting any assistance from their social media pages.
