Telkom is a ****

Telkom took my on 15th nd on the 19 money back into my account, I went to the store trying to find out why is the money reversed,am told they going to charge me R250 for not getting payment, I told the lady to assist and she said they don't assist in stores, I must call them, I spend the whole day on the phone typing to get assist, if they think they going to me R250 they have other thing coming that is the day😡😡🤬🤬🤞telkom is a **** and a riboff.. They give me a stupid case number, which I don't even see the use for it, cuz they've failed to assist
