TELKOM IS A ****!!!!

I really wish there was an option for Zero stars. I went in to Telkom Centurion mall to cancel my contract, they convinced me to take another LTE contract, now I see on my bill I suddenly am being billed for the "cancelled" contract ans the new one. What the actual flying ****** is going on with this company? Do we really mean nothing to you that your agents blatantly lie to customers and the comapny is fine with that?
