Telkom is a ****

This is by far the worst network provider to have a contract with. After several months of being bul**** by these people,where they would debit any amount they want and anytime on my account, I opted to pay via EFT every month for more than a year with no issues. All of a sudden I pay and they go back and debit my account, first month they did this I kept quite ,the following month they said I'm not owing then now in April I paid and on the 19th and they decided to debit my account on the 26th and there was no money there, all of a sudden I owe them R225 for unsuccessful debit order even though I paid way before my debit order date. I hate this company and I regret renewing my account
