Telkom is a ****

I had a Wi-Fi speed problem and reported it to telkom technical.Instead of attending to the problem,they referred me to telkom sales where a sales person named Mr ***hri Sallief deliberately misled me into believing that he will upgrade my package for a faster Wi-Fi.To my surprise I now have 4 extra cell phone contracts and none working Wi-Fi which I’m still expected to pay.They promised to attend to the problem but they have started billing me for a service that we both agreed that it’s not what wanted.
