Telkom is a *******!!

It's been 6 months now waiting on a refund from Telkom, I'm so confuse no one know how to handle this simple procedure I've been send from pillar to post, yet they are quick to call you if your account is in arrears It makes me so very mad and then they just don't care, you can't find they head offices or a manager nothing...Telkom is the worse service you can get they cheap for nothing...
