Please help me expose Telkom for the **** that it is….

Telkom is a ****. Telkom allowed this individual to take up 2 accounts without doing any background verification checks.

I came to findout a couple of days are ago when i received an sms threatning legal action. I went to Telkom Scortburg Mall Durban i was told theres 2 existing accounts under my name but the contact details on the system are not mine. How was this persons contract approved without proper verification. I suspect telkom and its employees are in on the ****. I am at risk of having my name blacklisted, my credit score is already affected…. I need this resolved urgently. My name is at jopardy. I have a case number and a reference number at this stage which i dont know hows that supposed to give me a solution….
